These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CreaDigit platform, operated by CreaDigit SAS. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to all of these terms without reservation. CreaDigit is an artificial-intelligence-assisted tool for creating digital content, including ebooks, marketing strategies and social media content.

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Accounts are not transferable. The use of automated accounts, bots or unauthorized scripts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

CreaDigit offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Payments are secured through our Stripe and Paddle providers. No banking information is stored on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to our 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions.

You retain all rights to content you create through CreaDigit, including ebooks, texts and strategies. CreaDigit does not claim ownership of your work. Conversely, CreaDigit’s interface, source code, trademarks and editorial content are protected by copyright and remain our exclusive property.

CreaDigit may not be used to generate, store or distribute content that is: • Illegal, defamatory or infringes the rights of others • Incites hatred, violence or terrorism • Pornographic or exploits minors • Spam, phishing or fraud CreaDigit reserves the right to suspend or remove any content or account that violates these rules, without notice or compensation.

CreaDigit provides its services “as is” and cannot guarantee 100% availability. In the event of temporary unavailability, our liability is limited to a prorated refund for the affected period. CreaDigit is not responsible for commercial or financial results obtained through generated content. Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement suggested strategies.
